The last few weeks have been hectic at the EDC.

I continue to work on the economic development strategic planning process that will officially kick off after our EDC Board meeting this coming Monday, March 4th. The board will review and consider an amended EDC contract with the Wayne County Board of Commissioners that outlines the intended purpose of the strategic plan. The last few months have been spent gaining consensus of what the desired outcome of the plan should be.
